Enclosed is a letter addressed to the County Recorder stating that the above -cited

The City has approved the merger requests based on Chapter 13.36 of the Municipal

❑ Access to adjoining properties will not be restricted as a result of the merger.
❑ No new lot lines are created by the merger.
❑ Existing grant deeds or title reports for all affected parcels.
