Dear Mr. Lopez:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your Final Landscape
Plan for the development at 47474 Washington Street, subject to the approved plans
(attached and on file) and the following Conditions of Approval:
1. All landscaping within 15 feet of the curbs of Washington Street, Lake La Quinta
Drive, and Caleo Bay shall be no more than 36 inches in height when fully grown.
2. All conditions of approval from Conditional Use Permit 2016-0005 and Modification
by Applicant 2017-0003 shall be complied with.
