RE: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF LA QUINTA FOR
ON -CALL MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES
Dear Mr. Chandra,
The City of La Quinta gives notice that it wishes to exercise the option to extend
the term of the Professional Services Agreement for Landmark Consultants, Inc.,
in accordance with the Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) dated July
20, 2016. The Agreement will be extended for an additional year, expiring on
June 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain
unchanged.
