Dear Mr. Yzaguirre:
This letter provides the Jacqueline Cochran Regional Authority Joint Powers Authority
(JPA) with the required ninety (90) days' notice of the City of Indian Wells' withdrawal pursuant
to Section 4(a) of the above Joint Powers Agreement, as revised on September 19, 2012. In
accordance with Section 4(a), the City may withdraw from this Agreement at any time for any or
no reason upon delivery of a written notice ninety (90) days prior to the withdrawal date. The
effective date of withdrawal is October 10, 2018.
In accordance with Section 16, a copy of this written notice has been mailed to the JPA
and member agencies. (See attached service list.)
