Schedule of Compensation
With the exception of compensation, Additional Services provided for in
Section 2.3 of this Agreement, the maximum total compensation to be paid to
Consultant under this Agreement in Fiscal Year 2018/2019 is Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($60,000) (“Contract Sum”). The Contract Sum shall be paid to
Consultant Terra Nova Planning and Research, Inc. in conformance with
Section 2.4 of the Agreement.
Initial Term: $90,000
Extension No. 1: $90,000
Amendment No. 1: $60,000
New Total Contract Sum: $240,000
