The traffic • for the tract will be directed from Washington. east bound on 50th and then . south bound on Park Avenue. As you can see from the attached map. Tne re -alignment of Park Avenue and location of our main ,entrance on Park Avenue makes our project not only difficult to find but also difficult to' identify. We will be marketing a•prominent gate guarded community that includes 254 homes. It is vital to our success that we distinguish our project from the surrounding area.
