There will'be approximately $121,443 available to fund eligible activities. Eligible activities are generally those which directly benefit primarily low and moderate -income persons, persons with,disabilities, and senior citizens. Funding for the City of La Quinta's Community Development Block Grant Program is expected to begin July 1, 2019. The County of Riverside is in the process of preparing the 2019-2024 Consolidated Plan. The five-year Consolidated Plan is required. by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the County to receive funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant, and Home Investment Partnerships Act programs.
