SUBJECT: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 2018-0015
STORAGE CONTAINER
Dear Mr. Bohn:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your request
to place a storage container at 44645 Verbena Drive, subject to the following
Conditions of Approval:
1. The storage container is permitted until February 28, 2019 and must be
removed prior to this date.
2. All storage is to be inside the container. Absolutely no outdoor storage is
permitted.
3. The container must remain on the driveway, as shown on the attached
photograph, and may not be placed in the street.
4. The container is to be kept clean, tidy and free of debris or graffiti at all
times.
Adherence to these conditions, as outlined, will ensure that adverse impacts to
surrounding properties will be minimized. The City may elect to add conditions to
this application to mitigate any problems that arise not previously addressed herein.
