SUBJECT: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 2019-0004
STORAGE PODS
Dear Mr. Smith:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your request to place
two (2) storage containers on your driveway, subject to the following Conditions of
Approval:
1. The storage containers shall be removed prior to August 16, 2019.
2. All storage is to be inside the containers. Absolutely no outdoor storage is
permitted.
3. The containers must remain on the driveway, as shown on the attached
photograph, and may not be placed in the street or City right of way.
4. The container is to be kept clean, tidy and free of debris or graffiti at all times.
5. City staff reserves the right to inspect the containers at any time to review
compliance with this permit. Staff may add, modify, or revoke this permit if not
in compliance with this permit or if activity is harmful to the public.
Adherence to these conditions, as outlined, will ensure that adverse impacts to surrounding
properties will be minimized. The City may elect to add conditions to this application to
mitigate any problems that arise not previously addressed herein.
