A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 37729
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 37729 was approved by
Director's decision on September 6, 2019, as permitted under the
Subdivision Map Act, subject to conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the conditions of approval
for final map approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of La Quinta, California, that the City Council does hereby grant approval of
Final Parcel Map No. 37729, as referenced in the title of this Resolution, for
the reasons set forth in this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La
Quinta City Council held on this 215t day of January 2020, by the following
vote:
