Dear Sir or Madam:
This notice is to inform you that Citibank, N.A.'s ("Citi") mortgage loan secured by a deed of trust
encumbering the leasehold interest in the property encumbered by that certain Ground Lease,
dated August 1, 2012, between La Quinta Housing Authority, as landlord, and Coral Mountain
Partners, L.P., as tenant ("Ground Lease"), has been partially assigned to the California
Housing Finance Agency and further partially assigned to U.S. Bank National Association as
Trustee ("New Creditor"). The date of partial assignment is December 19, 2019. The transfer of
the ownership of the debt has been recorded at the county recorder's office for Riverside
County, California. As such, this letter shall constitute notice to you that the New Creditor shall
be a "Mortgagee" under the Ground Lease.
