The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your Final
Landscape Plan for a portion of the Andalusia Country Club perimeter along
Avenue 60, subject to the approved plans (attached and on file) and the following
Conditions of Approval:
1. The two (2) palm trees that are proposed just east of the maintenance
driveway shall be installed out of the line of sigh so southbound
maintenance driveway drivers have adequate view of westbound
approaching traffic. Palm trees may be placed several feet northerly to be
out of line of sight.
