Re: Lease Agreement at Pioneer Dog Park
Dear Mr. Bogan:
Per the Lease Agreement dated June 16, 2010, regarding Pioneer Park,
the City of La Quinta hereby exercises its option to renew the Agreement
for one (1) additional five (5) year period after the Expiration Date
("Extension Period"). Therefore, the Extension Period shall expire on
June 16, 2020. This letter shall constitute the written notice of the
City's exercise of the option as required under Section 1.02 of the
Agreement. If CVWD is in agreement to extend the terms of this
agreement, please sign and return an original to the City.
