noon is fine for me, and yes, they did do a scoping agreement.
my concerns are the size of the project and the fair share of cost of mitigation ....hoping we can find a balance
that's a win‐win for City and project

as we discussed, maybe we can meet with Nicole tomorrow? I have a 9 to 10am meeetin in Indio, so any time
after 10:30 sould work ( I leave tomorrow no later than 4:00pm)

location of Madison and Main entrance ‐ does it line up w/ Andulusia?

contributions or reimbursements from other developers nearby
Madison designated as a Primary reducing the impact vs. Secondary ‐ how are they diifferent?
