Cheri left this comment in the TIA letter, saying you had commented the following:
There is an apparent error in one of the tables ‐ 3.3 whereby the LOS for Madison / 54 is stated to be AM ‐ LOS C
and PM ‐ LOS C and both AM and PM appear to actually calculate out to be LOS D instead and this should be
corrected.

I've looked at Table 3‐3, and Madison and 54 is showing 12.9 AM and 15.9 PM, which I think is B & C for
unsignalized intersections. Can you please let me know what I'm missing? I would like to get the letter out
ASAP.
