The modifications include remodeling the rear portion of the property with construction of a 372 square foot covered cabana. The design does not result in changes to front elevations and will not change the building footprint of the existing Casa Mendoza restaurant building. Additionally, it has been determined that said plan modifications are minor, will not result in a significant change in the project as approved by the decision-making authority. Therefore, the design modification is approved as shown on the attached exhibits, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall secure building permit approval (BCOM2019-0065) from the Building Division prior to the initiation of any work. 2. MBA 2020-0007 approves the cabana as identified in the attached plans. 3. The applicant shall comply with all conditions of approval from Modification by Applicant 2018-0002.
