A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT MAP AND
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
ASSOCIATED WITH TRACT MAP NO. 37790
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Tract Map No.
37790, as permitted under the Subdivision Map Act, on February 11, 2020,
subject to conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the conditions of approval or
secure the incomplete on -site improvements with a Subdivision Improvement
Agreement and a bond; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of La Quinta, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby grant approval of Final
Tract Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement associated with Tract Map
No. 377901 as referenced in the title of this Resolution, for the reasons set
forth in this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
of La Quinta City Council, held on this the 15th day,of September.2020, by. the
following vote:
AYES: Council Members Fitzpatrick, Pena, Radi, Sanchez, Mayor Evans
