SUBJECT: MODIFICATION BY APPLICANT 2021-0001 HOME DEPOT
Dear Ms. Bowling:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request to paint a new color palette on
the south, east, and west elevations of the existing Home Depot Building located at 79900 Highway
111. It has been determined that said plan modifications are minor, will not result in a significant
change in the original project as approved by the decision making authority under Specific Plan 1996-
027.
The proposal includes changes to the approved color palette. Therefore, the modification is approved
as shown on the attached exhibits, subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall inform the City of La Quinta’s Planning division of any subsequent changes
to building. Additional modifications will require subsequent review and may result in additional
condition(s) of approval.
