and Conditions. This Agreement may be extended for an additional
eight (8) months.
2. Section 5 — Compensation is amended to read as follows:
Vendor shall receive compensation for services rendered under this
Agreement at the rates and schedule set forth in the attached exhibit
"C" but in no event shall Vendor's compensation exceed Twenty -Four
Thousand ($24,000) under this Agreement without a written
amendment; Exhibit "C" is hereby amended with the attached hereto.
In all other respects, the original Agreement shall remain in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Contracting Party have executed this
Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on the respective dates set forth below.
