AMEND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH THE ALTUM GROUP, INC., RGA LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, INC., AND STUDIO E ARCHITECTS FOR HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES 1 OCTOBER 20, 2015 DESIGN SERVICES RELATED TO WASHINGTON STREET APARTMENTS REHABILITATION PROJECT City Consulting Economist Jon McMillen presented the staff report, which is on file in the City Clerk's Office. COUNCILMEMBER OSBORNE RECUSED HIMSELF FROM DISCUSSION AND VOTE ON THIS ITEM AND LEFT THE MEETING DUE TO A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE ALTUM GROUP FIRM. MOTION - A motion was made and seconded by Authority Members Evans/Franklin to amend professional services agreements with the Altum Group, Inc., RGA Landscape Architects, Inc., and Studio E. Architects for design services related to Washington Street Apartments Rehabilitation Project as recommended.
