NOTICE OF PENDENCY
Notice is hereby given to all persons, pursuant to the provisions of the La Quinta Municipal Code, as adopted
by Title11 of the La Quinta Municipal Code, and pursuant to California State law that the property described
below has been inspected and found to be substandard as defined in Chapter 11.72 of the above code and
the owner of record have been or will be notified.
Outstanding Violations:
(1) California Building Code 105.1 (as incorporated by the La Quinta Municipal Code section
8.02.010): Permit required for wood fence replacement of failed six foot wood fence.
(2) La Quinta Municipal Code 9.50.090(A) (12) the landscaping shall be continuously maintained in
a healthy and viable condition.
This document will be expunged by the recording of a withdrawal of this notice of pendency by the City only
when the City Building Official finds that the public nuisance has been abated and either that such abatement
has been accomplished at no cost to the City or that any such costs have been repaid to the City or that such
costs have been placed upon the tax rolls as a special assessment pursuant to the Government Code.

City, may be obtained by contacting the Building & Safety Department, Code Compliance Division.
