OF AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT SERVICES
WITH MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION
dba- MUNICODE
This Addendum to "Exhibit A" - Scope of Services, to Agreement for
Contract Services ("Agreement"), executed on January 11, 2021, and entered
by and between the CITY OF LA QUINTA ("City"), a California municipal
corporation and Municipal Code Corporation dba MuniCode, a Florida
Corporation ("Contracting Party") is made and entered as of April 30, 2021.
This Addendum memorializes the City's request to add the following to
Exhibit A - Scope of Services of the Agreement:
• Ordl-ink - creates highlights within your online Code to help users
identify what ordinances have, been recently adopted and what Code
sections have been amended - $100 per year.
In all other respects, the original Agreement shall remain in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Contracting Party have executed
this Addendum to "Exhibit A" to the Agreement on the respective dates set
forth below.
