LA QUINTA AND ERIC NELSON dba RASA FOR ON-CALL MAP CHECKING
SERVICES
Dear Mr. Nelson,
This Memorandum serves as notice to RASA that the City of La Quinta (City) is
exercising the option under Section 2.3 – Compensation for Additional Services
under the Agreement for Contract Services, entered into by and between RASA and
City, from 11/1/2017 to 11/1/2020, and extended by Amendment No. 1, executed
on 12/4/2019, from 11/1/2020 to 11/1/2022, to amend the Contract Sum for fiscal
year 2020/2021 by an additional $2,000, amounting for 5% or less of the annual
contract amount, to perform additional on-call map, legal description and plats
checking services.
In all other respects, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
The additional services and related compensation are approved and executed
pursuant to Section 2.3 – Compensation for Additional Services and Section 4.2 –
Contract Officer of the Agreement by the Contract Officer – Public Works
