LA QUINTA AND GHD, INC. FOR HIGHWAY 111 CORRIDOR FORM
BASED CODE PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
Dear Mr. Tregenza,
This Memorandum serves as notice to GHD, Inc. that the City of La Quinta (City) is
exercising the option under Section 2.3 – Compensation for Additional Services
under the Agreement for Contract Services, entered into by and between GHD, Inc.
and City, from 10/01/2020 to 06/30/2023, to amend the Contract Sum for fiscal
year 2020/21 by an additional $4,272, amounting for 5% or less of the annual
contract amount, to perform additional property owners and developers meeting
services related to Highway 111 Corridor Form Based Code Planning and Engineering
Project No. 2019-05.
In all other respects, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
The addition to the Scope of Services and Contract Sum amendment are approved
and executed pursuant to Section 2.3 – Compensation for Additional Services and
Section 4.2 – Contract Officer of the Agreement by the Contract Officer – Design
and Development Director, Danny Castro.
