As a result of this acquisition, the HubStor service is being integrated into the Veritas family as Veritas NetBackup SaaS Protection in April. As we continue our integration planning, our goal is to help ensure a smooth transition and that our new combined organizations continue to deliver a quality support experience to your business. Please take note of the following important information impacting your continued support for HubStor solutions: What's Changing: How you contact Technical Support will be changing. As of May 1st, 2021, you will receive an automated email notifying you that you have been enrolled in Veritas Support. You will no longer be able to open a Support case via the HubStor Support portal, or support email address, but instead will need to access the Veritas Support Website or contact phone support and open new cases. If you already have a Veritas support account, you will be able to select NetBackup SaaS Protection from the list of products for which support is required. Support – Support for NetBackup SaaS Protection will be available through the following channels: Knowledge Base Online Case Management Call your existing support phone number or new localized Phone Support Telephone Number. Opening new support cases via email will no longer be available. To open a non-critical Security Incident, please use our Online Case Management portal to open non-emergency incidents/cases. What’s not changing: Our existing support team which you have worked with up to now will remain in place to provide you with the same level of world-class support. Please note that there will be no changes to your existing monthly service pricing. The following changes are effective May 1, 2021:  Invoicing and Payment Remittance – Payment remittance and invoicing information is dependent on the country to which your invoice is addressed. Please follow this link that specifies the Veritas billing entity and address in your local jurisdiction. You may use the link above to confirm which Veritas entity will be billing you.  Taxes – Consistent with Veritas processes, local sales taxes will be reflected in invoices. Note that we may need you to provide documentation of tax ID or tax certificates (For example, VAT ID for EU/UK customers and resale tax certificates for resellers in the U.S.).  Usage Details – Itemized details of usage costs will no longer accompany the invoice. However, you will still have access to detailed usage costs by accessing your HubStor online portal.  Open Purchase Orders – If you use purchase orders (PO) to authorize HubStor’s services and require a PO number for payment of invoices, 3 please issue a new PO to Veritas to replace any existing open POs you may have with HubStor.
