SUBJECT: MODIFICATION BY APPLICANT 2021-0013 JEFFERSON SQUARE
SHOPPING CENTER
Dear Mr. Castillo,
The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request for a
modification to the existing commercial building at 44025 – 44075 Jefferson Street,
approved via Site Development Permit 2007-898. The modifications include new
color palette for the exterior of the building. It has been determined that said plan
modifications are minor and will not result in a significant change in the project as
approved by the decision making authority. Therefore, the design modification is
approved as shown on the attached exhibits, subject to the following conditions of
approval:
1. The applicant shall inform the City of La Quinta’s Planning division of any
subsequent changes to building. Additional modifications will require
subsequent review and may result in additional condition(s) of approval.
