Attached please find a photo of our residence and the garage to our house. The compressor will be behind the bushes
and to the left of the Electrical Meter and clearly out of sight from anyone looking at our Property. It will be a little more
than a foot away from the garage and mounted on the ground and on a 3‐inch concrete pad. It is our understanding
that our easement is at least 4‐5 feet from the garage to the neighbor’s property.

Good Morning,
We are trying to acquire a permit for this ac mini‐split to our garage. I have spoken to several techs on this and I would
like to have a status on this so we can move forward.

Do we have a permit to proceed and if so, may we have an email to that effect? There has been many different
correspondence on this and I want to make sure we can move forward without additional requirements. Our HOA is
asking for the city permit first before approval from them. I sent their letter into the city on an email.
