You can login here: https://laqu-trk.aspgov.com/etrakit/ . It is the same page were
you apply for permits. If you forgot your password you can click on forgot password at
the top of the page. Once logged in you can click on attachments and upload the
documents requested. If you upload the files directly the reviewer will receive
notification and it streamlines the review process.

Hi Aaron,
Can you explain how to get in the etrakit? Do you have to go through the permit dept. as you would to
apply for a new permit? When I tried I wasn't able to do this. Could you send me a direct link? So if
anything else is needed , I would be able to use this link for future correspondence.

Good Morning,
We are trying to acquire a permit for this ac mini‐split to our garage. I have spoken to several techs on this and I would
like to have a status on this so we can move forward.
Do we have a permit to proceed and if so, may we have an email to that effect? There has been many different
correspondence on this and I want to make sure we can move forward without additional requirements. Our HOA is
asking for the city permit first before approval from them. I sent their letter into the city on an email.
