Good morning Carlos,
We are scheduled for an appeal with the board and HOA on November 10th to try to resolve this
decision on our AC Unit. The HOA is asking us to determine with the city, if this 5 feet property line off
our garage is ours or do we have comfirmatiom to where our property line ends or begins.
Please reply to this email ASAP, so we can process with future plans with the HOA and before our
meeting.

Hello Carlos,
As of today we do not have an answer from our HOA and we do not know how much longer they are
going to take regarding this issue. I have noticed several residents in our community have the mini
splits attached to the side wall of their garages rather than mounted on the
concrete slab. Would this make a difference with the city ordinance as far as the 5 foot from property
line? Please advise.
Thank you so much regarding this issue. I am assuming that the HOA is contacting the city regarding
this.

Hi Linda,
Do you have any update or timeline from your HOA on when they are going to review and provide subsequent feedback
on your proposed AC equipment? We’d like a resolution from them quickly so then we can review all the information
and provide a resolution especially since the equipment is already out there installed out of compliance.
