Surrounding Uses: Approval of the application will not create conditions materially detrimental to the public health, safety and general welfare or injurious to or incompatible with other properties or land uses in the vicinity. The location is appropriate for the proposed use. The Bed and Breakfast shall be conducted only by a person owning the dwelling and residing therein as their principal place of residence. The use permit shall be voided upon the sale or transfer of the property ownership. 4. The applicant shall obtain and secure a city business license prior to operation. 5.
