Regarding Exhibit E: The first insurance certificate shows proof that we maintain general liability, auto liability and workers’ compensation insurance. The second insurance certificate shows proof that we maintain errors and omissions insurance (i.e., tech E&O) and cyber liability insurance. There are two insurance certificates because each group of insurance policies are issued by different insurance brokers, and only the broker who is responsible for a particular group of policies can issue the insurance certificate for those policies.
