11.80.020 PROHIBITION-VEHICLE STORED Open
Corrections Required:“Abandoned vehicle” means a vehicle that is wrecked, dismantled or otherwise inoperative which is parked,
stored, or left standing in public view upon a private or public property for more than ten consecutive days. A presumption of
abandonment shall arise when a vehicle is located in a residential zone in an area not specifically designed for vehicular parking. Areas
not specifically designed for vehicular parking in residential zones shall include, but are not limited to front and side yards and unpaved
areas. Demonstrate to City that the vehicle(s) is/are operational, display current registration, and are kept in a maintained condition.
