11/20/2019 0.25 I conducted inspection and observed that tractor is being stored on
property. I spoke to son in law of the owner, and he was irate that i was
there inquiring about tractor. He was advised that it needed to get
moved. Vehicles that were in violation in past inspections one showed
registered current and the second i could not inspect at this time.

11.80.020 PROHIBITION-VEHICLE STORED Open
Corrections Required:“Abandoned vehicle” means a vehicle that is wrecked, dismantled or otherwise inoperative which is parked,
stored, or left standing in public view upon a private or public property for more than ten consecutive days. A presumption of
abandonment shall arise when a vehicle is located in a residential zone in an area not specifically designed for vehicular parking. Areas
