We request your cooperation in resolving the issue(s) by correcting and/or repairing the following violation(s) by the Compliance Date(s). CODE SECTION VIOLATION/CORRECTIVE ACTION COMPLIANCE DATE 9.50.090 (A-10) LQMC - DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS-IRRIGATION VIOLATION: An irrigation system shall be provided for all areas required to be landscaped. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provided a working irrigation systems for all areas that contain landscaping requiring water. June 25, 2020 9.50.090 (A-11) LQMC - DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS-LANDSCAPING MAINTAINED VIOLATION: The landscaping shall be continuously maintained in a healthy and viable condition. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maintain your landscaping in a healthy and viable condition at all times. June 25, 2020 11.72.030 (T1) LQMC - LUMBER, REFUSE, JUNK VIOLATION: Allowing the following to exist on property: Lumber, junk, refuse and waste matter or abandoned, discarded or unused objects or equipment such as furniture, appliances, and play equipment which is visible from the public right-of-way. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Remove from public view all items/refuse, abandoned materials, or unused objects or equipment. June 25, 2020 To ensure compliance with the City Codes, a re-inspection of the property will be made immediately following the Compliance Date(s). If you need additional time to correct the violation(s), please contact the undersigned to discuss an extension. Failure to correct the above listed violation(s) within the time frame indicated will result in further action by the City. If the aforementioned property is a rental property; pursuant to California Revenue and Taxation Code sections 17274 and 24436.5, a tax deduction may not be allowed for interest, taxes, depreciation, or amortization paid on the subject property in the current taxable year if your property remains in violation of the La Quinta Municipal Code.
