11/09/2020 9:29 am 0.25 I called vehicle owner Eddie, and he kept cussing when i was trying to explain the city
codes to him. He was rude he kept talking over me. He kept saying that i worked for him
and i had to do what he said. He is a tax payer. I tried to tell him that vehicles have to
display current registration.
