He said that he has lived there for 5 years and that he is tired of it, repeated that he is tired of it. I asked him to hold so that Supervisor Meredith could speak with him but he was unavailable. I transferred the call to Officer Moreno. Inspection Paul Villanueva 08/05/2021 3:25 pm 0.25 Officer Moreno and I inspected the red Chevy sedan parked in front of the property. There was nobody in the vehicle at the time of inspection. Vehicle appears operable and registration is only one month expired. Inspection Paul Villanueva 08/06/2021 4:00 pm 0.25 I passed the property and observed the red car still parked in front of the property, but there was somebody inside the car today, just sitting there and the car was not turned on. On the driveway was Mr. Garza's white Toyota with the hood and running, they were using the vehicle to power something in the garage. Garage was up about a foot and I could see peoples feet hanging out inside. The adult male that drives the gold car that was at the property the day IID pulled the power, he drove up as I was slowly driving by, he hopped out of the car and started giving me the eye so I drove away. Upon arrival to city hall, I informed PSM Martha Mendez of my findings and asked CSO Lucero Perez to tag the vehicle for 72 hours since I couldn't for safety purposes. I advised her to have a Dep assist as there was at least 3 males currently at the property. No pics taken as I didn't stop due to presence of occupants. Inspection Paul Villanueva 08/10/2021 9:00 am 0.25 The red Chevy is now parked on the driveway and I will advise the R/P that RSO will have to address the drug issues. Phone Call Paul Villanueva 08/11/2021 9:35 am 0.25 I made contact with R/P and explained he needs to call non emergency RSO if he sees or suspects drug activity across the street.
