01/25/2019 0.25 Upon arrival of 53020 Avenida Diaz, I observed a vehicle described as a white Ford F-
150 CA Exp: 09-18 parked on the street with expired registration. A
Vehicle Parking Notice was posted on the front windshield. I attempted to make contact
with tenant, however no one would answer the door. I also attempted to call the
property owner, but only received a voice message statting this voice mail box is full.

01/29/2019 0.50 Upon arrival of 53020 Avenida Diaz, I observed no changes have been made. I made
contact with an individual working on his truck in the street. He said he lives at the
property and his father was not home at the time. I asked how old her was, which he
replied 20. I asked for his ID, which he gave me. He then asked why do you guys
always give them a hard time. I explained because there are continued violations, the
case will not be closed. I was able take his DL info and explained a citation would be
mailed for non compliance of a city business license. I asked that he give the landlord
my number also. The vehicle described was getting it brakes changed and would be
removed within the next two hours.

F-150 is nop longer stored in the street or driveway. This case will be closed as
