MBA 2022-0003 to SDP 2006-858 Palo Verde (05.09.2022) May 9, 2022 Ms. Autumn Gasparella Williams Homes 24911 Avenue Stanford Santa Clarita, CA 91355 SUBJECT: MODIFICATION BY APPLICANT 2022-0003 PALO VERDE TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 32279 & 33336 Dear Ms. Gasparella, The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request to change architectural elevations within the Palo Verde residential development. It has been determined that said plan modifications meet the qualifications of a Modification by Applicant, as the exterior changes shall not result in a significant change in the original project as approved by the decision-making authority as approved under Site Development Permit 2006-858. The proposal includes adjustments, substitutions, and additions to architectural features that do not result in a significant effect on the overall aesthetic or architectural style of the buildings. Therefore, the modification is approved as shown on the attached exhibits, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall conform to all other corresponding Conditions of Approval for Site Development Permit 2006-858, Tentative Tract Map 32279, Tentative Tract Map 33336, Environmental Assessment 2005-535, and Environmental Assessment 2004-508. 2. Architectural styles shall vary throughout the site. Similar architectural styles shall not be plotted on adjacent lots or across the street from one another to the extent possible. Layout of homes shall be consistent with plot plan layout submitted to Planning Division. Applicant shall receive approval from Planning department for any changes to this plot plan, which is on file. 3. The applicant shall submit grading and construction plans as may be required to the City’s Design and Development Department. 4.
