SUBJECT: MINOR USE PERMIT 2022-0011 THE KIDS CLUBHOUSE
Dear Aileen Lee:
The City of La Quinta Design and Development Department has reviewed and
approved Minor Use Permit 2022-0011, for an indoor commercial recreation center
located at 79-390 Highway 111, per La Quinta Municipal Code, subject to the
information on file and attached and the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall receive Building permit approval for this project.
Additional permits from the Design and Development Department may be
required.
2. Changes to the exterior may require additional Building permit approval and
approval of a Modification by Applicant (MBA).
3. Operations shall be consistent with statement of operations and floor plan on
file.
The City may elect to add Conditions to this application request to mitigate any
problems that arise not previously addressed herein. If you have any questions,
