RE: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF AUTHORIZED USER'S ACCESS TO LA QUINTA'S
PUBLIC SAFETY CAMERA SYSTEM (PSCS), NON -DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND
RELATED ADDENDUM
Dear Investigator Lopez,
This letter serves as written notice of termination of your Authorized User's access to La Quinta's
PSCS effective December 29, 2023.
The Non -Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") and Addendum related to La Quinta's PSCS,
executed on or about June 27, 2022, by and between the City of La Quinta ("City") and Riverside
County Sheriff's Department Investigator Lopez, are hereby terminated effective December 29,
2023, pursuant to Section 9 of the Agreement, which provides in pertinent part:
9. Termination. This Agreement shall continue until Authorized User's
access to PSCS system is revoked or otherwise terminated, including, but not limited to
in the event of termination of Authorized User's employment with the City.
