The difference in the amounts was that the Attorney was distributing a surplus for cost during a specific timeframe which did exclude a citation. The Escrow Company contacted the City and requested a Statement of Cost for all citations issued against the property and still outstanding. Since we provided a Statement of Cost that included all citations and the Escrow Company reimbursed the City in full, we are no longer entitled to the disbursement from the Steele LLC Attorney surplus.
