For the purpose of the below request, “Records” has the meaning set forth in California
Evidence Code Section 250, which includes handwriting, typewriting, printing,
photostating, photographing, photocopying, transmitting by electronic mail or facsimile,
and every other means of recording upon any tangible thing, any form of communication
or representation, including letters, words, pictures, sounds, or symbols, or combinations
thereof, and any record thereby created, regardless of the manner in which the record has
been stored.
1.Any and all Records regarding building permit BWFE2022-0305.
2.Any and all Records of communications, including but not limited to, emails and
text messages, regarding building permit BWFE2022-0305.
3.Any and all Records regarding why each of the several building inspection has not
been approved for building permit BWFE2022-0305.
4.Any and all Records that identify who the persons were that have conducted
inspections related to building permit BWFE2022-0305.
5.Any and all Records of qualifications of the persons who conducted inspections
related to building permit BWFE2022-0305 that they are qualified or licensed to
as a real property surveyor under California law.
