My name is Monika Radeva and I am the City Clerk for the City of La Quinta.
Pursuant to Section 7.1 of the 1992 Lease agreement (attached) between the Boys &
Girls Club and the City of La Quinta, the Boys & Girls club is to obtain insurance
coverage for the building.
Would you be able to assist me or direct me to the appropriate staff member that will be
able to provide the City with a copy of the Certificate of Insurance and relevant
endorsements for the City's files?
