STREET VACATION NO. 85 -010
CITY INITIATED /LANDMARK LAND COMPANY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the La Quinta City Council will hold
a public hearing to consider a proposal initiated by the City of
La Quinta and Landmark Land Company of California, Inc., to vacate
portions of Adams Street right -of -way.
The location of the proposed vacation is from a point approximately
1827 feet north of the Avenue 50 centerline, southerly to a point
approximately 2630 feet south of the existing Avenue 52 centerline,
and is described more specifically as follows:
L -
Portions of Section 31, Township 5
South, Range 7 East, and of Sections
5, 6, 7, and 8, Township 6 South,
Range 7 East, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian.
