End of Life: Veritas ASP support for
SharePoint On -Premise
This communication is an update on SharePoint On -Premise support End of
Life with Veritas Altai" SaaS Protection (VASP).
What are the changes in Veritas Alta SaaS Product?
On 31 August 2023, we will retire SharePoint On -Premise support in VASP and
it will no longer be available.
This support will be discontinued by the end of August 2023. Upon
discontinuation there will be no updates, assisted support options or online
technical content.
A final communication will be sent on September 1st 2023, once the support
has been completely retired from the VASP.
What is the impact Veritas Alta SaaS Protection for existing customers
using?

Existing customers using SharePoint On -Premise support in VASP should
transition to Veritas NetBackup before August 31st 2023.
Recommended action
Customers interested in supporting Sharepoint On -Premise should look to use
Veritas NetBackup.
