It was nice to meet you yesterday while Alex Mellor and I visited the City of La Quinta. Thank you for the warm
welcome, and I look forward to working with you.
One of the follow-up items I had on my list was to check with Precision Concrete Cutting to see if the City was
receiving preferred pricing through a master services agreement that the Authority has with the company. My
contact informed me that the City was receiving the MSA pricing and will continue to receive that pricing for as
long as the City is a member of the Authority.
