It was built in the Contemporary style. The building faces northwest from the southeast side of Avenida El Nido. It features an irregular plan with an asymmetrical façade. The dwelling has a flat roof clad with asphalt and gravel. The roof has broad, overhanging boxed eaves. An attached garage is located on the north end of the front elevation. The exterior walls are clad with stucco. The fenetration at the front elevation consists of steel framed fixed-pane windows and a double steel-framed front door with glass panels. The doorway is located beneath a shallow eave overhang and the front porch is partially enclosed with pierced block walls.
