Construction History: The subject property was constructed in 1967. In 1971, property owner FR Rice obtained a permit to install a private swimming pool (Permit No. 187862). In 2001, Corvan obtained a permit to erect a 6ft Garden Wall 16 LF; the work was completed by Rivizzigno Construction (Permit No. 0105-150). In 2001, Corvan obtained a permit to remodel, the work was completed by Rivizzigno Construction (Permit No. 0106-136). In 2002, Corvan obtained a permit to erect a 6ft garden wall (Permit No. 0210-138). In 2004, property owner Lee Sammis obtained a permit to install a private swimming pool; the work was completed by California Pools & Spas (Permit No. 04-6478). Aerial photography shows that the original garage was a flat roof structure that did not display Spanish style elements. The 2015 patio garage extension appears to have added Spanish decorative features and added an accessory dwelling unit. Overall, the essential form of the house appears to have remained intact. Spanish style elements to the garage are later improvements to the property. *B7. Moved? ý No o Yes o Unknown Date: N/A Original Location: N/A *B8. Related Features: None B9a.
