Construction History: The subject property was constructed in 1965. In 1996, property owner Ellsworth and Verle Vines obtained a permit to replace the existing water heater; the work was completed by Valley Plumbing (Permit No. 9609-170). In 2004, property owner William E. Leigh obtained a permit for mechanical work (Permit No. 04-3589). In 2006, Leigh obtained a permit to build a 220 LF 6ft high block wall (Permit No. 06-0346). In 2006, Leigh obtained a permit to construct a pool; the work was completed by Azure Pools and Spas (Permit No. 06-0368). Available aerial photography indicates that the property was extensively renovated between 2002 and 2004, when many of the Spanish style elements were added, including the tower mass (Google Earth). The renovation appears to have replaced much of the original material on the interior and exterior. The buiding does not retain its original form from the period of initial construction. *B7.
