Dear Mr. Rocker,
On December 19, 2023, the La Quinta City Council awarded a contract in the amount of
$1,217,000.00 to construct the La Quinta Landscape Renovation Improvement – Cactus Flower
Project No. 2016-03I (Base Bid and Additive Alternate no. 1) to your firm. Enclosed please find
one (1) original set of contract documents for signature by the principal(s) of your firm. Please
execute the set of documents and return them to the City along with the bonds, City business
license, and certificate of insurance with the City named as Additionally Insured. A fully executed
set of documents will be forwarded to you upon final execution by the City.
It is important that you contact Ubaldo Ayón to schedule a preconstruction conference. Mr. Ayón
can be reached at (760) 275-2789. Please order any long-time lead items A.S.A.P. to help avoid
delays. Please advise the City A.S.A.P of any potential delivery delays or schedule conflicts.
